This stuff is STRONG! I can’t even dose it as directed. I take one pill at 9 and then 1 each hour for a total of the recommended dose. The first time I took the recommended dose I was awake for 32 hours straight (not by choice). Proceed with caution and the weight will melt off!!

Definitely have to give this product a 10+ I’ve been taking the Jym fat burner for quite some time. It gives me the boost I need to get going, when eating clean it works magic losing anywhere from 3-5 lbs a week depending on my how much I walk per week. Mind you I’ve started at 498lbs and now down to 347lbs just taking it day by day. For me every 40lbs I lose I eat fairly what I want and the weight continues to come off if not maintain. My ultimate goal is to get back down to 220lbs I can’t guarantee this will work for you as everyone is different but as for me I definitely have to give it a 10+

Loving the product so far , makes me not want to eat so much .energy levels staying maintain through out the day . Gives me the energy I need for weight training and endurance.

Glad this is finally on bodybuilding. Used to have to get from GNC. Good fat burner for when you want to cut.
