Bought this because it had great reviews. I have not used pre workout in several months so I figured this would have a good effect on me. Unfortunately I was disappointed. The flavor taste like you swallowed a mouthful of sour patch kids candy which meant I had to chug it every time I took it. The product makes your skin tingle but gave me no energy to workout whatsoever and the tingle even wears off in about 30 minutes. I feel like it was a waste of money and for the price they charge for this I expect a lot more.
This product is beyond amazing one of the best pre workouts I’ve had! The flavor is amazing dry scoop, mixed in water there both so freaking awesome!! It gets me mentally focused, gives me an amazing pump! If you are hesitating on buying this just get it you won’t be disappointed!!
I haven’t worked out really since high school but i recently got deployed and i use the gym to help pass the time. I started using this stuff cause a friend let me borrow some it was amazing!! Love how it helped me get pumped before the gym!

Directions For Woke AF Pre Workout: Mix 1 well rounded scoop of WOKE AF® into 6-8oz of water 15-30 minutes prior to physical activity. Due to it’s potency, we recommend taking no more than 1 scoop.
