Hi, I had received a free packet of this stuff. That came with another supplement ordered. Watermelon flavored, poured it into my water bottle and it was awesome. So I bought blue raz and furious grape to try other flavors. I workout in the a.m. I took a scoopful of the blue raz. I like the foam and the taste was alright. I mixed it then chugged it 20 minutes prior to the workout. I got to the gym, I felt good. 30 minutes into the workout I felt nauseous and light headed. Went home showered at some oatmeal. Went to school. After class around 7 p.m. I still felt nauseous. I'd taken the scoop around 5 a.m. The next day I took half a scoop mixed it with a bottle of water. Then chugged another bottle of just water, just in case. Went to the gym and still had that nauseous and light headed feeling. I forced myself to eat hoping it would help. But the feeling lasted all day. I didnt take it the next day. I thought maybe I had to just get used to it. This time I took it in the afternoon an hour after eating. Waited 30 minutes after a scoop. I felt good. 15 minutes in, I felt that nauseas feeling I felt it in my chest. I felt like puking. After one hour of working out I felt bad. I went to class I just felt nauseated and light headed, couldn't pay attention. I went to work after and the feeling was still there. It felt like I was underwater, like how you feel when you haven't slept in more than a day. I didn't take for two weeks than tried again thinking I was just being a weenie. I just had the same horrible feeling. I was of and on for 3 months. I just didnt want it to be a waste of cash. I didnt want to spend more on another pre-workout. I tried it in the mornings, afternoons, nights. I tried it on an empty stomach, 20 min- 2 hours after eating. 1/3 of a scoop to 1 scoop. I drank 1- 3 bottles of just water after taking it. But I just felt bloated when I chugged 3. A lot of restroom breaks. Lol I thought maybe it was just a bad batch. Ended up tossing it. I wish it would've worked out. I just didnt want it to go to waste. Opened up the purple one, furious grape. Felt the same way. Ended up just trashing it. Just typing this review gives me a literal bad feeling. Like when you associate food poisoning with a restaurant. I've taken other pre-workouts. I think n.o. explode being maybe the strongest. I'm taking genius pre, right now. But none have given me the feeling this pre workout gave me. That nauseous, lightheaded feeling that lasted all day. It was horrible, at least the taste wasn't that bad. Lol
Great product. Sometimes I branch out and try other preworkouts but I just end up being disappointed and come back to ENGN. Great energy boost, pump, and focus. Tastes delightful.
Great product, especially when you're not motivated. It gets me pumped and once I do that first set I can't stop. This is one of the best I've tried.

Makes you sweat like a pork! Workouts are amazingly wets even when nobody is sweating... I thought I purchased the thermogenic formula but no!... I think i will use the half of serving...
This pre workout isn't really effective alot of caffeine which probably gives you a drive plus Creatine which will help but better off buying something like Team Affinity Primal A.F or Stimumax from strom sports
Great pre workout! Cherry limeade was very good, not too sweet like some pre workouts can be. Definitely gives you a boost for your workout. Don't get as much tingle as others but enough that you feel that it's working. Will definitely use again!
I used prejym for a few months and it is a far superior product. This preworkout is OK and much cheaper but in my opinion your getting what you pay for
Best pre-workout I've ever had, gives the pump, energizes you and overall the taste is amazing. Well at least the furious grape is great. Will definitely buy it again.
Love this Preworkout. They have recently modified the formula it seems and it is just as amazing as the original ENGN. Usually gets me up and going after a long day of work. I take it around 5:30 PM and it does not impact my sleep. 1 scoop is usually enough but you may need more if your caffeine tolerance is higher. I would highly recommend this preworkout as the profile is straight forward and it does the job as expected. Pumps are there, but could be slightly better if more Citrulline Malate was present but great product nonetheless.
I use ENGN before every workout. I lift noticeably more weight, with more reps, every time. I use it before cardio, my favorite exercise is the stair climber and I can climb at a faster rate for longer intervals. I'm not joking, and this isn't hyperbole. I legit perform better with ENGN Pre-workout. I mix one scoop of Cherry Limeade ENGN and 2 scoops of Lemon Lime BCAA's, and I ENJOY my drink. I highly recommend this stuff!
