I usually mix one serving of brand 'a' with 11-12 oz of water and taste is very good, not too sweet, enjoyable. I mixed one serving with the same of this(same grams and protein, however more volume wise, this is more condensed) and it was watery and not very chocolatey. After the first drink I added another 1/2 serving and not much better. I will be trying 1 serving I 6 oz of water. Not real mixeable either, not bad but not the greatest. Well I only have 40 servings +/- to go. :-( will not be buying again.
I got the 7lb tub of protein and **** that's a good amount to hold me over for a while. I'd probably recommend keeping it in the back it comes in but you can pour it out (do so lowly and over a sink or something) directly into the tub. Tub certainly is reusable for stuff too. I got the low carb dutch chocolate, it's a bit more of subdued taste but not bad! In fact I think I prefer this to some of the stevia sweetened ones, they can be a bit much for me and I don't really mind stevia. It's easy on my stomach so I don't suspect it's anything other than isolate. Has a very impressive macro-nutrient profile, which is a rare find in protein supplement. I got it for around $90 USD on sale but even off sale I think it's a great value so go ahead and throw them the few bucks to get the 7lber. 103 and servings so that'll come out to about at around 1 per serving even less if you get it on sale. At it's retail price of around 110, you're looking at about 4.2cents (USD) per gram of protein. I estimate their are about 10,300 calories in protein or 2500ish total
Great price for the overall quality of the product. Flavor is delicious without being to sweet. Will definitely be buying again.
Awful taste, it's another job to open and close the box. I ended up buying 3.4 kgs 😩 . If I could give a negative rating I would.
Has no taste
Mix Isopure vanilla with ice cold coconut water/ pineapple juice.. Its like being on a beach after a workout.
Don't order the 7.5 lbs it comes in the worst container ive ever used for protein. The company that makes this must not have realized you need to open and close the container 52 times to finish the protein. Also this is by far the worst tasting protein I have ever tried.
I'm a chocolate lover, and bought this based off the reviews. I put a scoop and a half in my shaker with some collagen, and it didn't disappoint me. It taste so good. Thanks for the reviews!!! Keep them coming.
It has zero carbs and it tastes awful. Yes, it has zero carbs so if you need zero carbs....here you go. Buckle up though. Its nasty. I have numerous Skinny Syrup flavors and two pumps of Skinny Syrup don't even make this stuff pleasant. I have tried every protein brand you can think of, over the last 20 years. I have never had anything that tastes like this.
This was absolutely so nasty I hadn’t told even remembered my password for a while so I had to go in and change it to warn everyone don’t waste your money on this flavor . It literally taste like milk with fruit punch added and it’s old taste and it’s awful! I emailed bodybuilding and they won’t reply or make it right . Definitely don’t get this flavor it’s not good. Hope it helps others when choosing !
Great product. A lot of vitamins and minerals. Easy mix. No digestive issues. Dutch Chocolate is fantastic. But, Mint Chocolate Chip is hands down the worst tasting protein I've ever had. I've had PLENTY of brands and flavors. There have been many bad ones, but Isopure's Mint Chip is atrocious and easily the worst. It's incredible to me how great the Dutch Chocolate is and how bad the Min Chocolate is. I order these two flavors simultaneously and couldn't believe that they came from the same company. I can't even begin to describe the taste. I had my friend try it, and he even said, "I thought you were joking, this is the worst protein shake I've ever had." I know hearing a lousy review on a company's product puts everything else's quality into question, but this is an adequate protein. As I said, Dutch Chocolate tastes great! Just DO NOT order Isopure's, Mint Chip.
It’s about 80% protein per serving.....?
